I bought this coach last February and have loved it. It had a few things we needed to be fixed brought it back to Total Value and they were great and fixed everything under warranty. I think if you meet Chad in person you would have a different opinion. Even though he was not my salesperson I talked to him when I had it back in for service. They had my list of about 10 things fixed in a week that was great. Jennifer in service is amazing and very helpful, goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. I can't say enough about the whole staff there. I will buy my next one there no doubt.
Just purchased a 2019 thor hurricane 34R from Camping World Chatanoog TN. No on there showed us how to hook up a satellitelreceiver to this coach. There isnt a coax cable outlet in the cabinet by the splitter to hooh of the satellite receiver. HOW does this work, Yiou guys are from the manufacturer so YOU SHOULD KNOW,,,Right. Help
According to my Thor rep, the satellite prep entails a plate on the roof with coax out. The satellite is installed on or near it (I'm not a tech) and cable needs to be run from the plate to the cabinet where your satellite receiver is installed, and then plugged into your HDMI switch. Signal can be set to a TV from there. I will post a link to the Hurricane 34 R we have here that is being prepped for delivery. Hope that helps!
there is NO hdmi "switch" in the cabinet, only and HDMI Splitter and 4 HDMI plugs. Nothing is plugged in, nothing. The equipment is just setting there with NOTHING plugged in anywhere. If I could attach a picture I would...they say a thousand words
Why is it that they demo boys never show how the sleeper sofa works up front. It is NOT a jackknife sofa and works completely different from what you would expect. The Camping World demo does a good job showing how it works. Another option is to replace this sofa with dual reclining chairs with a middle storage area available at shop4seats.com. With the king bed in the back, two bunks, the dinette conversion and the drop down sleeper over the cab, this sleeper is probably overkill. These recliners work great with the TV over the dinette.
Rep did great but sales guy, you sir seem very very sneaky. I would not be able to trust you enough to buy anything from you. Sorry, it's just the way I see it.
Hello! Sorry you get that negative impression from Chad! He's our top seller almost every month, and hundreds of happy campers would disagree with you. Not everyone will ever like everyone, however, so we have a few other salespeople that can help you find just the right RV! Feel free to contact Shane@TotalValueRV.com, Ryne@TotalValueRV.com, Dave@TotalValueRV.com or Brett@TotalValueRV.com. Hope to meet you soon!

@@mrjimmy48 Sorry, I guess I call the splitter the switch. Do you have a dish installed on the roof?
@@mrjimmy48 I would just plug those HDMI cords into the splitter. It should be "plug and play"
