That's the best RV sales presentation I've ever seen. I agree with the sleeping arrangement... I don't want sleeping to be the main focus of the RV. I'd rather have the larger couch, galley, head, shower, and TWO patios. I'm fine with climbing up into the rack. I'm gonna buy one of these coaches next month, for sure.

Wasn't really interested in the Outlaw or any Toy hauler before this, but as you demonstrated, the applications or possibilities are limitless. Well done.

Thank you so much for the detailed video. I am seriously looking into buying one of these models. I think the 2020 thor outlaw 38mb but I am wondering if it is possible and safe to load the 2019 fiat 500 onto the garage and drive the motorhome with it for extended periods of time. Or what type of car that fits 4 people can I haul in it? I want to travel throughout Mexico with it and pulling a vehicle behind the coach for me is not an option.
this is nice, but why don’t Thor have a one piece shower to prevent leaks ?? why doesn’t Thor offer the lippert wastemanagement system on their RV’s

A liittle loud but a very comprehensive briefing. I wish I could find an answer as to why Thor doesn't offer the 6.7 diesel like they did for a couple years. (14-15?).

I think the industry just moved away from front engine diesels. I'm not sure why either!
This video is so detailed and technical, I am now afraid to buy one, it has permanently scarred my love for motor homes. Will stay with the simpler rv’s out there.
The details shows that this is better than others. And the factory offer better products than others companies.
Simple class a? That's not a thing. Every class a offers all the stuff you see here, or a competitor's version of whatever feature.
Also, read the title. This is a sales training video. Customers actually ask all kinds of questions. He's from Thor, teaching salespeople the details so they can answer the questions and expound on the "Thor Advantage".
Also, whatever class a you're thinking of, Thor probably makes it. The own Airstream, KZ, Jayco, Keystone, Dutchmen... and like all the other ones. SO you're probably buying from Thor. Enjoy ;)

I really like your thought process with your floor plan on the outlaw toy haule especially the big bed up top now I wish there was a floor plan it was more for the outdoors like a bedliner product for the flooring then all the cabinets and hardware like a tool box type bulletproof scratch resistant maybe a gunmetal I don’t know you’re the designer just get her done tired of seeing all these these chrome and gold plated sinks & fixtures,granite countertops I hate that crap !!!! Just think of the trucks that are doing well today the Ford raptor the avalanche the military type tough looking people don’t want chrome rims they went black matte

OR the 38MB with a LOFT (not garage bed)
Reason is... I want 3 dedicated bedroom areas (sky bunk, Captain's drop down, and Queen bedroom)
and I want to sit at the table or in chairs and be overlooking "MY" set up,
not the neighbor's. WHY why sit and stare at your neighbors who are sitting outside ??
Dang put the kitchen on that side...
Especially at the dog shows when the dogs are all set up out on the "exit" side.!!

My Thor is a dog. Cabinet faces falling off cabinet ,micro fell off wall ,rear step enclosure separated from body, rear step motor doesn’t work. Electrical gremlins thru-out, outlet connections burnt, now lippert leveler always in error mode. Now I have a no crank situation that no one can figure out. NO QUALITY CONTROL

Does the Outlaw make a model now with the porch on the passenger side like this model? When I look at Thor Outlaw website they only have rear porch? I’m looking to purchase a Thor Outlaw to do BBQ Competitions.

Unfortunately, Thor no longer makes that floor plan in the Outlaw line. We don't have any, but I did see some for sale on RV Trader. Good luck!

A lot of people appreciate the intel from the manufacturer. Some do not. One fella wanted us to start inside the units because "nobody cares what they look like on the outside". Wow. Ok....?
Once you learn the ins and outs, it's all second nature and you can just enjoy the outdoors!

We have word that it will be on all 2021 Thor gas models, starting really soon. Possibly next month!
Oh, and it will still have the 6 speed transmission. Can't wait to drive one, let alone show fine folks like you!

@@dylanmclaren2344 they are a electrical nightmare and the vibrations from the chassis when driving will also make things loose and leak from the poor build quality. If you're going to spend that much money go with Tiffin or Newmar and put a trailer behind it.
Yup, that's what I heard many times also...
I have a 2016 model. The fridge (same in 2019) will only run on battery for about 36 hours. The two piece shower will leak from the very first shower. They use cheap connectors on the hydraulic - they will rot away quickly and then your jacks are done for. Same with the hinges on your storage bay doors. They rot and the door comes off in your hand. The TVs are the very cheapest thing they can find. So the sound is beyond horrible and they won't receive a normal US cable hookup. That "KANT LEAK" water bay system....DOES! In fact, it leaks in multiple places at once. In less than two years, I resorted to pulling my entire wet bay apart and rebuilding it the right way.
What's Good? The microwave. I agree with Mark, the Convection in the new microwave makes an oven unnecessary. I've roasted a whole chicken in mine.
The fresh water tank. 100 Gallons! and now it's even bigger in the 2019!
That little AC unit in the garage. Add solar and you can run that thing while off-grid. If you get it running early enough in the morning and draw your shades, you can *almost* cool the whole RV with it too.
Such an authoritative point...pfffft. Our '07 Outlaw is still running like a top. Great quality, great versatility, and a great design. It is easy to use and maintain. And best is that Thor is still around unlike SO many builders that when out of business...leaving owners with orphaned RV's with little or no support.
