I am in process of filing a claim and WW LLC sent me paperwork... question, would having only one lung and recently cancerous bladder and prostate removed be under One Disability unable to work due to ostomy need attention often several times and hour and subject leak at any time?

I was awarded 70% PTSD back in 2014 and have had over 12 employers since that time. Several suicide ideation or I just question myself and worthiness but this whole time I was just fucked up from my military experience and vehicle accident mostly. Would I be eligible for something like this?
