Can u tell the reason for, mine is a 3 floor building, single phase supply for all three floors with individual metres.Top floor is door locked for 2 months,still metre is consuming unit's,I put off all M.C.Bs , removed top floor fuse 50 days back,even then metre is consuming 78 unit's per month,with Rs 280 bill and load is showing 2.8 KW in both months.I complained to apepdcl for metre fault ,they installed new one,even then its consuming same as old.What could be reason???
As it is existing after replacement of meter. There may be an issue with wiring. Ask your electrician and diagnose whether is there any connection is wrong or same neutral wire is used for both floors.

If the load is very high you can't see blinking. Always it will be in on state. Complaint and get a new meter sir.
