This was a great course, probably one of my favorite to date. I rode really well, felt great and probably could have pushed a few more laps.

Great riding, that was a long but super fun course.
This was one of my favorites. Really nice course, I’m glad I made the drive over.
Did you see the did on the kid 80 give you the eagle eye look back after he passed you at about 1:44:28? What was that all about? Good job on 3rd place

What kind of camera do you have? I think your view is more like what the speed feels like. Mine makes it look slower..
It’s a DJI Osmo Action 3. I really like this camera for the battery life. I can get the 2+ hour races out of one battery. My settings are: 4K / 24fps, wide angle of view.
Also, see if you can get an ND filter for your camera. It will allow a slower shutter speed which is what gives you the motion blur.
@@auksmitty I'm ordering my action 3 in a few weeks. will be my first action cam. Is there any certain reason you run 24fps instead of 30fps, and why wide and not ultrawide. Your video looks great. Just curious why you chose those settings.
@@Itsjondillon you’ll love the DJI for the battery life alone. I use ND filters over the lens so I like the look of the motion blur with 24 instead of 30fps. I also shoot ultra wide square 3:4 format and reframe in post. I like the 3:4 format incase I have the camera too high/low I can compensate. Highly recommend a lens filter ND or UV I’ve broke 2 filters in races already.

Can you explain to me what the C40 class?
C40 is the skill level and age group.
D, C, B, A, AA. Most start at D then as they win the series move up to the next. In SECCA the ages start from 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60+. Younger than 30 jump into an open class which is usually a big group.

SORCS series has A,B and C class and a beginner class. C40 means hes in the c class and his age is 40-45
