Hoping to be accepted into the fall Lpn program and I’m considering med surg before switching to L&D after getting my RN. Love your videos ❤️ new subbie
I’m going to take the leap and transition from LTC to Med Surge after this travel assignment..it’ll be helpful working with other RNs to be inspired to bridge ❤❤
i feel like for a lpn then med surg is great. honestly dont understand the folks who say they hate med surg because you can't be a good icu or er nurse if you cant do med surg
I’m an older LPN here and I love your videos! Yes the pill organizer is a must. I have that same one🙂 Do you think you’ll ever travel again once you’ve obtained your RN
Oh no. I did a travel contract there once at a small community hospital I mean so small the icu department was like 6 beds. However the medsurg there was very much like here. 🫶🏽🩺

Yes I was a pct at a hospital In nursing school when I graduated the hospital transitioned me but I left after a short time cause they wasn’t paying much of anything as staff lpn there.

Nursing school is hard but faking school is very scary 😮
Exactly I couldn’t even imagine
Hi, had a question, wanted to know if med surg a hard area to work in and how many patients to a lpn in that area..thanks
I’m in California it’s so hard to find Lvn jobs in the hospital. That’s why I only work Registry at nursing homes.
Oh no. I did a travel contract there once at a small community hospital I mean so small the icu department was like 6 beds. However the medsurg there was very much like here. 🫶🏽🩺
