@@dingledorf887 Cannon Ball is the state that Samus is put in when she is fired out of kinetic orb cannons. Normally it's a temporary effect that goes away, but there are ways in the vanilla game to abuse cannons where you can keep cannon ball indefinitely. The randomizer basically allows you to add Cannon Ball items to your shuffled item pool. To actually answer your question, Cannon Ball has the following properties: - Samus can boost without having the Boost Ball upgrade. - Samus is invulnerable to all damage while morphed - The morph ball has a hitbox that deals 500,000 damage per frame to any vulnerable enemies, the biggest example being that Chykka Adult can be insta-killed - One limitation is that the Cannon Ball isn't exactly like Boost Ball. You cannot destroy crates or debris with it as you can with the Boost Ball upgrade itself. The one big example of this affecting gameplay is that you cannot break the glass leading to Aerie from Main Gyro Chamber if you have Cannon Ball active. Cannon Ball is kind of volatile though. You lose it if you enter a kinetic orb cannon, die, or quit the game.
@@BashPrime I know I’m not the one that asked about it, but thank you for the very in-depth answer. That’s incredibly broken and very interesting. Also congrats on the 100 episode!
Yo, 100th Episode! Congrats Bash!
Thank you!
The big 100.
:)
Imagine if for a 100th episode the STKs were placed in the worse possible spots like mining plaza or on quadraxis
Episode one hundred hypeeee!!!!
when you in ball form in the dark world you don seem to get hurt.
is that a trick people can pull or a program that you put into the game?
When you have the Cannon Ball item (not something you're ever intended to have normally) you take no damage while morphed.
oops must of not pad attention at a point when you got that item.
So what exactly does cannon ball do?
