Crazy how everything MrBeast themed blows up instantly except this type of behind the scene stuff from Reed who is arguably the closest person to Mrbeast. Almost feels privileged to know about your channel/newsletter etc. Keep it up Reed! Greetings from NL. Hmu for an European expansion of featables!
When I saw this I said to myself "why wasn't this recommended before??" I literally watch every Mr. Beast BTS there is and also am a big fan of chocolate, but YT apparently rather likes to recommend me videos of random animals (which I do watch too, don't get me wrong)
Hi, I work for Machu Picchu Foods, the Company behind the Feastables bars. They underpay their field workforce, who work from 5 am to 8 pm. They make us sign a contract that explicitly forbids joining a union. When in the office, I have been asking for toilet paper for months now. They think it's too much to ask. I'm tired, exploited and would quit if there would be other jobs in my rural area.
No matter what you think about the chocolate, the fact that Feastables uses absolutely no child slavery of any kind and uses ethical practices to harvest their coco makes them already the best out there compared to other candy companies
@@stickofthetruth9408 the opposite is actually true, as the chocolate industry has been plagued with instances of child labor for as long as it has existed. It is very hard to have no child labor in the supply chain of a chocolate company, so you have to be very careful with claims like these.
I used to love watching Mr Beast, but as soon as I saw the Made in Perú on the back of the Feastable bar I became upset. It’s hard to believe that they are not exploiting the Peruvian workers
@@hods Obviously… but they are taking advantage of the difficulty of attaining a job and paying the workers very little while making them work long hours.
My wife got me these chocolates the other day. I'm not a big fan of chocolate but this one I really liked, then I checked where it was made and to my surprise it's from Peru, and with this video now I know it comes from Tarapoto, where my peruvian mom was born, amazing! It's midnight so i can't wait to call my mom in the morning. Great company.
Very cool. Also, back in May, I brought about 21 bars to Taiwan. So yeah, Feastables Chocolate bars (including Deez Nutz) are in Taiwan. ;-) Unofficially of course but they traveled quite a bit, haha!!!
Tragically, Peruvian wealth is owned mostly by outsided companies, so the fact that Mr. Beast is going to improve lives and flip that selfish model (Canadian mining companies, cough cough) upsidedown is admirable. Keep it up.
I’ve only ever tried the old version of the feastables once when I was travelling to the US, and I literally ascended to heaven after one bite. Literally the best chocolate ever.
I was just curious about why it said product of peru. It's maybe the best chocolate I've ever had no joke. Wanted to see the ethics and how it was made
I really enjoyed this more than I figured. I clicked on it, because I've tried the bars and thought they were surprisingly good. Its so cool to see where the beans are grown and the factory and everything. Thanks again.
I can't believe it, my family is from Tarapoto! So awesome to see that MrBeast's chocolate facility is located there. I have a cacao farm there, maybe I would sell it to him in the future or else because I still don't know what to do with it. Contact me if you can!
@@miau_OFBecause it’s just where they make the product not sell it . They were hired for chocolate manufacturing & maybe because of the Market. And the fact Mr BEAST is an American Company, so maybe the higher ups from Peru don’t want to their money in an American TH-camr.
@@freddycabrera837It's not that. It's mostly because Peru has other brands in their country and they don't want feastables as a competitor only as a partner.
i want to make 2 notifications so this one is me like "yoyoyoyoyoyo email, thoroughbred not on track alert, we let thoroughbreds run, hmu, yoyoyoyo email" and then i'll have an actual take in 6 minutes
I'm glad some of this behind-the-scenes stuff is being released. We aren't going to find out Mr. Beast bars are made with cacao harvested by underpaid children a year from now, are we? This is a dirty business, by all accounts. Be better than Nestle, please.
MR Beast aka Jimmy better check the workers himself if they are getting all the pay he gives them! Because management loves to take all they can and workers don't know what they should receive... In a Company near me they should get money on a card that can be used to buy food no alcohol and that money gets stolen by the management! There are bonuses that get stolen when workers don't receive it they will forget that it is for them. So time to time Jimmy should ask the workers if they get all the benefits and stuff he gives them.
would love to have the channel take a direction more to talking about how you operational execute on feastables and the other businesses that you run while you tour these facilities OR even cross cut it with a talking head of you explaining the operational side cus it might be tough to drop the real sauce getting occupied with the tour. more targeting backend operators of creators!
I didn’t know Reed had a channel. This is awesome congrats. New subscribers are on their way. Screen shot the sub count, this channel is about to blow up

It’s because Mr beast vids are catered to children, hence his voice/accent, style of videos etc.. his targeted audience is clear as day
some pp really dont care about behind the scenes, they just want the actual fun stuff

ik this is basically marketing, but it's always cool to see the insides of factories and walkthroughs on how products are made, keep it up man !
I tried MrBeast Feastables dark chocolate yesterday it was absolutely delicious and the best part was when I saw MADE IN PERU 🇵🇪🇵🇪🇵🇪🇵🇪
