This is a Chinese Industrial City? My Mind is Blown

I spend an evening in Shenyang, the capital city of Liaoning Province, during the middle of the week to find out how the local economy is doing in Northeast China. 沈阳买买买，老北市花式剁手！
Shenyang is described as the cradle of heavy industry in China, but I can't believe this is an industrial city on a midweek evening; my mind was blown!
