Hey, I had to reply just to say you got it spot on. This was exactly what inspired the Yes/No :) Wanderbots, thank you so much for the amazing review of my game it was really fun to watch!
Well looking at the steam page description there's definitely something going on. "It's Everafter Falls! Things are peaceful here. There's nothing to worry about... right?" is the last sentence, but the whole description feels spooky. Highly recommend reading through quickly.
dude, with it being called Everafter Falls and they talk about perfection all the time, what if this is indeed afterlife but they spin this whole bullshit simulation story in order to make that news easier?
Two things you missed:1. the tree looks a hand. This is on purpose most definitely 33:38 2. When the player meets Cedric his icon just popped up on the map either that means that he be out and about or that means that the player forgot about him
I wonder if the simulation was training the protagonist for tasks. Figuring as one could in theory learn a whole lot from an entire life of experience. Edit: Just watched the trailer, the reason is more sinister...
the "isekai" execution is a bit sloppy i agree, compared to Graveyard Keeper that have done it so well and fit with the story of the game in my opinion. i hope it improves in the future 😊
"am I gonna get truck-kunned?" THAT SENT ME
The charming Yes/No head shake animation instantly reminded me of Golden Sun.
Oh man, that's where I remember it from. I really should go back and play those games.

Love a good isekai truck trope

...so nobody's gonna say it? OK.
Do ya like dags?
6:26 I guess it could be because in that world humans are another animal race?
Oh, so you were playing Roy, from Rick and Morty.
Psathyrella aquatica is an aquatic species of mushroom, but apparently it's not a common trait.
Maybe you don't remember anything from your simulation, so hence, no feeling of dread when you "wake"....
happy game with undertones of dark and spoopy? count me in. sounds like a blast
If you talk to the residents more you will get some more story, especially with dog
its so cute!

Are you going to play more?
Unfortunately I just don't have the time to complete every game I feature.
5:20 this sentence is something else... pls be careful mr. YTuber
i hate animals games that force you to be human.
"Fourth"?
Also, that's clearly not Zelda like, more stardew like😅
they were talking specifically about the dungeon crawling element for Zelda.
Third? Chill?
first!
Second! 😂
