Ah, yes. I definitely expect Coomstiny to have respectable takes on a topic like this one.
To save everyone's time. Here is everyone's position. I've attempted to restrain my opinion but XQC is dumb, and Kuihman agrees so forgive me if this comes as biased against XQC he made it difficult.
XQC states that any time you are below the age of 18 you are completely and utterly unable to make mistakes, as he doesn't think 17 - 13 is bad. 1:05:40 His opinion is that 17 - 18 is the same as 17 - 40. 1:01:35 And that Destiny NEEDS to care.
Time stamps were added because these statements were unreal to hear.
Destiny's position is apathy to a degree. He agrees that it was bad but he personally doesn't care because he needs to see the logs to know how bad it was. As Destiny is assuming that the person is 17. He argues from the position that without full knowledge he cannot determine how bad it is, and to that degree he cannot really care. Just as someone might care about robbery and not care about digital piracy.
Kuihman's rough position agrees with Destiny because he acknowledges his own state's laws and acknowledges it's not full-blown SA, it's more-so the power dynamics and it being creepy.

To this day I have YET to hear Destiny give HIS OWN OPINION on what the age of consent should be. He always falls back on “just follow the law”….because I genuinely think he’s not entirely against getting with 17 year olds 😂❤
