I mean. What a host. Such good questions. And bhumi is so smart and learnt. Loved this interview. I can never stick myself to watch full interview because of their standards but this one was a fireee. I watched it and so many times I rewinded it.

As far as body type body shaming is considered in bollywood, it's not you it's vidya balan that has changed it.
She has changed through movies
sorry but i would like to correct you....vidya balan decided to do so when she realised she doesn't want to be lose weight anymore..whereas bhumi pednekar gained weight for her debue movie...and that is a big deal..you can't compare that

@@LokeshThakur if you take examples of sara ali khan and alia bhatt...even they were very fat but they chose to lose weight and then enter bollywood....so its hard to find someone who enters the industry as an oversized actress

I don't think its fair to compare Bollywood to other professions. Other professions are not making that much of an appearance or aren't publicly always accessible. So statements like "so is every other profession" does not go so well. Otherwise lovely interview and Bhumi :)

After watching this I went to check your (Bhumi's) Wikipedia and found out that you are born and brought up in Mumbai. She thinks she has changed everything in Bollywood , Tapsee & kangana also thinks like that......but the reality is that people dont want to watch them unless a big star is in the film.......these 3 are 30+ & have a big challenge from actress like ALIA , kiara & sara ali khan which they cannot win

Bhumi is great. Good Interview. But do anyone else here observe she has a typical English accent she uses when speaking in english. Also she was so much prettier before her face surgeries. Don't know why Bollywood is obsessed with face modifications.
