maxon really made up their mind to come up with a particle system, that´s as easy to learn and use as everything in C4D.
By the way, have you figured out how to exclude force objects from the paticle system entirely? I create an empty particle group and drop it in there as a workaround. Do I miss out on that include/exclude setting somewhere?

Like I said in the video... there is a lot to be desired with the new particle system. Let's say you have a scene where you must have a Turbulence in the root of the project because you're also using Rigid Bodies, in their tags just use the Include. Other than that you can just put the forces in their respective particle group to isolate.

To be honest I wish they just updated their license with Thinking Particles and ported a new version. TP was like 20+ years old! Before Houdini became popular TP was industry standard in VFX. It's pretty powerful.

While this method is great, I think c4d has a long way to go with the melting stuff and its nowhere near houdini.

Very true! I completely agree. I stated that these systems have a long way to go.
