exchange account hai? agar exchange hai toh, agar left side main email address ko point karoge toh storage size pata chalege. par yeh accutrate nahi hota, webmail par ja kar check karna better hai.

Sare Microsoft Offie ke Software to "close" kar de. Control Panel main Programs and Features ko open kare. Aur Microsoft Office ko ek bar click kare, uppar "repair" ka option ko click kare. Microsoft Office ko Repair hone de, phir outlook ko open karke phir se email add karne ki koshish kare.
sent/receive ke thode simple procedures hai. ek - password badal gaya hai. 2- koi settings change ho gayee hai, toh email provider ki website se saare setting double check kare, ek check mark na hone par email kaam nahi karenga 3 - email address block ho gaya hai, agar koi bahut jyada email bhej deta hai, toh kai bar company uska email band kar dete hai

OST IMAP setting ke saath associated hai, jisse aapke sare folders aur subfolders Online Server ke saath sync hoti hai. Toh agar aapke 3 device hai, saare IMAP setting par hai toh, sare devices par same folders dikhenge. Agar ek device par email check karoge toh, sare device par woh read ho jata hai. POP setting main, agar 3 device hai toh folders aur sub folders sync nahi hote. aur agar ek device par email read karonge to doosre device par fir bhi naya email dikhenga.

Whenever i click on next button for final submission then a new pop up open of the name of "Internet Email"
Kuch bhi name add karle, jaise ke Gmail etc.
