I once drove a ransome 213D rear wheel steered ride on 3 gang mower from the depot on station road in Scunthorpe to scawby to cut the verges as our trailer was stolen previous day. That was a journey at 12mph and still sticks in my memory now.
Not been in no. The Nelthorpes are mentioned all over this part of North Lincs. They even had property in Barton, which is something I didn't know until I went there last week

@@TheVillageIdiot yes the manor house at Barton suppose to be a room dedicated to them too
There was a cut through into sturton from St. Hybalds Grove where the new build semis are but it's blocked off now
