- Today i will show you the traditional recipe of Katwa Gosht which is very famous in Attock, Hari Pur Hazara and Hazro City
Written Ingredients:
Meat of Goat 3kg
Water 3glass or 750ml
Onion 650gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 3tbs
Tomatoes 650gms
Salt 3tsp
Red Chili 3tsp
Turmeric 1.5tsp
Coriander Powder 3tsp
Ghee 1.25cup
Water 2 to 3 liters
Green Chilies 3
Whole Spices 0.75 tsp

اسلام و علیکم آپ کو کس نے بتایا کٹوا گوشت اٹک کی ڈش ہے یہ بالکل غلط انفارمشین کسی نے آپ کو دی کٹوا گوشت پیور کھری گنگر تربیلہ غازی کی ڈش ہے
جب پانی ڈالا تھا تو اس کو کچھ دیر کے لیئے ڈھکن لگا کر درمیانہ آنچ پر چھوڑا جاتا تو یہ صحیح طور ہر گل جاتا اور گوشت کا وہ سختی اور ریشہ بھی ختم ہوجاتا جو ابھی تک گوشت میں باقی ہے

Everything is good and perfect as we do in attock but 1 thing is not the same which is the ghost is of beef ya cow ka ya bull ka . And no doubt this simple dish is better than fancy dishes
