We were on the floor too in the first section right behind the pit! It was a little hard to see because everyone was also filming on their phones lol but the big screen in the background definitely helps a bit!

We got there a few hours before the show! I think if you're not in the pit you can get there 1-2 hours before show starts! However if you want to buy merch, I recommend getting there closer to 2 hours early in case the line is long! (Also she's doing a limited edition trading card at each of her stops - it's free! - so if you want one of those make sure to line up to get into the venue early because on the date we went, the arena staff mentioned they only printed 1800 for our show!)
