- Hi guys,
In this video we cover the first topic of waves, which is about identifying various properties of waves. Things I'll cover will be:
- Transverse vs longitudinal waves
- Amplitude, wavelength, speed, wavefront, diffraction

Where have you been these past few months? Already did my IGCSE exams and passed really well with predicted grades since the exams were cancelled for my year. Hoping you can upload A level content as well
PLEASE WE NEED YOU! our lord and saviour pleaseeee 🥺😭
How did ya do it mate
@@casualgamer817 bro my boards going on rn- just pray for me I am actually relying alot on him rn sh he is my lord and saviour but the papers they were so diffrent then what i practiced it's so depressing
@@akhilpillai2747 were they harder than the past papers from 2021 and 2020? either way don’t worry too much i think the igcse is keeping the grade boundaries a bit lower than 2019 for this year
@@jananiacharya9290 it was easier for others harder for me uz my luck sucked balls and whatever i thought was easier and thought that wouldnt come... came :")
Thank you very much! IGCSE exams are coming soon for CIE and these vids help a lot! thanks
Literally explained the whole topic in 16 minutes 🙊 thank you sm
Been waiting for this omg, i hope u reach electrical quantities soon
you're amazing sir for real
Thank you this was very helpful
Thank you so much !!!
absolute legend!!!!!
this is better than anything my teacher have ever explained
same
Please start posting again🙏🏼
very nice efforts.likes are very less as compared to your efforts.may god get you a 10000000 million subs
amazing. Have my test tomorrow, and if I pass its because of you

@kk9m142 how much did you get?
Thank you ❤❤
Man i love your explanation SO MUCH youre like a FREE tutor. i have just one problem can you do this with the new 2023-2025 syllabus of physics. I mean can you update your explanation to be according to the new syllabus objectives PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn1 you are absolutely better than my school teacher he took more than 10 classes but coudnt explain and you just fcked it in less thsn the time period of 2 periodsd thanks man keep it up
thank you so much this might be the reason i pass
I have a question to ask. my textbook says if the wavelength equal width of the gap, the greater the diffraction. I'm a bit confused
i understood. when waves pass through a gap, it diffracts more if its the same length as the width of the gap, but if its diffracting past an edge, it diffracts more if the wavelength is more.
Awesome
Much more useful than my fucking teacher
Hello, I just want to ask shallow water is less dense than deep water because deep water is compressed by the water on top of it so the volume decreses and the density of deep water increases.According to this, waves travels faster in low desity area,so why waves travel more slowly in shallow water compared to deep water?
Due to the friction caused by the bottom of the tank which is closer to the surface of the water compared to the deep water area . The water molecules in the deep water area can simply slide over each other but the water in the shallow area have to face more friction , there by reducing the speed of the water molecules . Hope you understood 😃
he;s so good, I watched his accounting videos and finalized the divorce!!!
Wtf lol
i think your mom needs help with it too
wait what-
are there any topics left to cover?
potty chapter 15 not covered
what you said about diffraction in example 1 is not true. the wave diffracts more when the distance between the gap and the wavelength is similar. as much as they are alike there is less diffraction.
wheee do you go bro every now n then
the denser medium and the lighter medium doesn't have anything to do with "density" plz correct that.
Why
its does. Light travels fastest in a vacuum (basically 0 density) and therefore the higher the density, the lower the speed.
❤
1 hour to test
Wish me luck...
How was it
@@JD.5.5.5 didnt even wish him luck
