Looks good and it should cool the intake charge better than the OEM part. I don't know if you already have the 3rd (center) radiator installed in your GTS, but if you don't then adding one will help with the water to air intercooling.
@@lsturbointeg can’t be nearly as effective as a front mounted intercooler. But I guess if there are radiators in the front cooling the coolant that is going through the intercooler as well I guess that helps.
How did you purge the system after installing the charge intercooler ? How much coolant did you add. The installation video was very informative. Thanks for a great video.
I've talked to 4 guys who have this and they said they did not need to purge the system or at least they didn't. Something to do with not losing enough Coolant. What I was told to do was after I installed it, drive around just to get the car up to temps. Did not notice any over heating as the temp sat at 194° which is normally where it's at. Drove for 3 hours locally doing some cruising and stuff. Than after I got home I was told the next in the morning to just top off if needed. I added about 1 cup and that was it. It's been over a week now and no issues. I will be doing a flush here pretty soon so I think I'll be fine👍 thanks for watching
Amazing job! Looks great and a nice video, thank you for making this. As a detailer, I prefer a manual last polishing step for the metal. Just use a microfiber towel and a really fine polishing product like poorboys. For the rest keep it up 👍🏼👌🏼
@@lsturbointeg I just looked at my products for you. I use the poorboys chrome polish, it’s green polish paste. It gives more gloss. If you need more advise about cleaning or polishing, please feel free to ask. Love to watch your video’s.
Nice work man and clean build!
appreciate Chris!
Awesome video, will be installing this soon and your video made everything seem even easier.
Thank you!!
Glad it helps👍👍👍 I have not seen any other videos showing how to do this

I believe the GTS has the 3rd radiator option. But so far so good.
I always wondered how these intercooler really work if there isn’t a large amount of airflow like there would be on a front mount intercooler
@@turnerables I'm guessing it's just the way the engineers designed this. Or else the IC would've been in the front

@turnerables yep! I've had the front bumper off. There's not much room for an Intercooler plus running a piping all the way back?
Great video and instruction!
Thank you! Hopefully it helps people 👌👌

Cool video, but how can you say it was informative but you're asking him what did he do after installing?
Why didn’t you go with Soul Performance?
@Bon-mz5kb RaggDollMotorsports Sponsors me as this is their Intercooler.
Ok. Good to know you're sponsored.

Oh sweet. I still have to pop off the clear engine cover for another video. I may try the poor boys product👍 thanks for watching🙏
