This band is just...as they evolved, as they changed their music so has my life, my deepest gratitude to the band that changed my life and gave a little color to it. These guys are the true example of how true artists should be: think about work and soul before anything else (especially money) and all their changes are embraced with jaw dropping reactions. They might not have many fans, but the fans that they do have are for life bonded with their music. +2
thrice is the kind of band that would rather make no money playing music that they love than get payed to play music they dont. For that reason alone, they have my respect. It doesnt hurt that all of their music is brilliant or that all of them are awesome people either

i bought beggers three times, itunes so i could listen to it on the way to the store to buy it. once at the store. than i bought the vinyl. haha. we love them. my brother bought it twice just cuase he felt bad for downloading the early version that got leaked.
Exactly..these guys deserve more income..i really feel they put a lot of soul in all they do...I will buy all of their albums as long as they keep singing...
@daishan089 it sure did have a sticker. i actually taped that onto my laptop because its just too epic. this is what it says "THRICE Beggars. The new studio album. Includes special download card. Featuring5 exclusive tracks." but then again, i got this the morning it came out. maybe they just stopped doing it.
@xmoralcrusadex All that I have are questions; So much is veiled in mystery. You are yourself the answer- The only answer that I need. My brokenness (I must confess) Darkens all my thoughts, and hides your hands. But questions fade before your face, And I'm contend that I may never understand.

Dustin is very religious. and goes to church. His lyrics comes from lessons about church. but he writes them in ways that anybody can understand them and feel a connection to them. not every song comes from something churchy but alot of them do.
Who are you holding him up against- Marvell? Chaucer? His lyrics are amazing. It sounds like your dislike for organized religion is hindering you from enjoying what Dustin has done. If Dustin's lyrics are "pathetic" then we're all completely fucked. Chad Kroeger has won and we're all swan diving into a bottomless pit of awful music.
You guys are real fans, what I hope though is that yu don't misinterpret the lyrics and think that all that Thrice sings is about the church or religion, because that would be bullshit :)). ( a lot of people think all Thrice songs are religion related..)
The lyrics to this song are absolutely pathetic. Thrice is a fantastic band and Dustin really knows how to write lyrics beautifully. However, the lyrical content of this song (and Treading Paper springs to mind) is disgusting. If all that he has are questions, how can the answer 'I may never understand' be satisfying? While people like this are contempt not bothering to realise the blatant contradictions of religion, some people actually strive to understand and make a great deal of progress
This comments is pretty pathetic actually... misuse of words & their meanings... Also, maybe you're misinterpreting the point or meaning of this song and it's lyrics. They're not a Christian Band, so no all their songs have to do with Jesus, God, the Bible or Christianity... Some rather are life lessons or experiences by Dustin himself and/or the other band members or other issues. And Dustin is fairly "poetic" in his lyrics so what you may THINK he's talking about, he's talking about something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT...

As a big Thrice fan, I am incredibly angry that I have not heard this B side. Awesome!

One of my favorite thrice songs. Shame they never play it. Thanks for uploading.
This shoulda been on the record. Amazing.
Thanks a lot for the upload ! This sounds like a leftover from Vheissu, and would have been a great addition to Beggars, imho.

It is a bit like a slower moving heavier hearted cousin of their fast stuff isnt it
