Electric hand mixer will be better . But if you don’t have it at the moment you can TRY out doing it manually but then remember it will require a lot of energy for you to achieve it. Electric hand mixer makes it easier
Please, what's the size of the cup for your parfait, I mean in terms of litre or milligrams. And how much for a cup now, cos I'm starting mine next week, waiting for my freezer and generator. Also, what's the shelf life like, how long can it last in the fridge? Any preservatives? Please, I need urgent response. Thanks for sharing this insightful video. I used 16oz parfait cup. I can’t call it a liter cause is not up to 1 liter. Apart from this 16oz you can as well buy 12oz as well in the market. For the shelf life of a cake Parfait, it depends on how long your cake can last before deteriorating. But once there is constant source of electricity to the fridge, consume within 1 -4days . Moreover it doesn’t literally need to stay too long in your fridge cause is dessert. Just prepare as much you can sell out faster 🥰Wishing you success in your new business 🥰🥰 Thanks for watching
