Wow, good to see when people go above and beyond to help when needed. Nice plus that the guy spoke English which makes everything much easier. Glad that you found a solution to use the computer a little longer with a Wireless Keyboard and Mouse.

it definitely makes us feel so much better when they can speak English but makes us feel bad that we don't know their language haha. yeah the laptop is still kicking atm so hoping it stays alive a little longer.

That was cool he didn't charged you for that consultation fee. Though wouldn't it be better to have gotten the wired mouse and keyboard instead of the BT? You can't go wrong with wired.

it isn't under apple care and a new laptop will probably cost around $4000 aud 😭
