Get rid of all the politicians and put these 3 people in charge
    1. Russell Brand
    2. Peter Joseph
    3. Elon Musk

Wouldn't that make those 3 people politicians?
This is why nobody takes "anarcho"-communists seriously.

YES get rid of politicians but also the monarchy, banking system & cleanse all the filthy rotton fungus thats infiltrated the police, judicial system, medical industry and unethical profit hungry corporations oh not forgetting Hollywood!
NO NO NO! dont then hand over our power to another small group of people for christ sake! thats how we ended up in this shit to begin with, We need to take responsibility for our own lives & personal power then ALL come together as communities to make united decisions thats equal & fair to us all.
Giving our power away to a small group of people to sort everything out for us so we dont have to will eventually lead to egotistical power struggles & conflicts dividing the group into 2 smaller groups competing for control using lies & corruption opening the gates for the dark to return...

mark speed Do you think most ppl are ready to live in a leaderless society?

    • @mouthymark5401
      @mouthymark5401 10 ปีที่แล้ว

Probably not..no, but the one we have at the moment is a cancer & dont work. I dont know how we would achieve it to be honest, Im a simple man with ideas but by no means do I have all the answers..all i know is leadership and power over masses of people will end in corrupt behaviours that ony benefit the leaders. Im afraid Iv lost my faith in humanity and feel maybe we do need exterminating like the cancer we are to this poor planet, humans destroy all species of life, nature, eachother! the hypocrisy I see every day churns my stomach and have come to the point now that all i hope for is a quick & painless ticket out of here. I fell off the swing in this devils playground & my spirit is broken, just wanna go home.

I'm so happy to see this. I have been looking at the newspapers of our country with absolute disbelief since I was a small boy whilst my family and friends consumed their propaganda like hungry idiots.

Russell :) brilliant reviews that really cut though the crap - and show it for what it is!
Please consider anew your advice never to vote in elections, as this will mean a landslide victory for the people who don't think your way, our way, while muting those who follow you.
Instead let's get some new candidates we can truly support and vote for.
    Thanks for the Trews.

***** Sounds fine to me - although, I think Screaming Lord Sutch tried that approach some years ago. In Oz we are forced at gunpoint to vote and all that means is that a lot of "silly" people vote ... when I say "silly", I mean those who are manipulated by media owned by Rupert of Murdoch - ah Rupert ... another famous Oz export. We live in, and on, hope. Cheers - and up the workers!

    • @marira5930
      @marira5930 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

ameagher2 "Same shit, different arsehole" is how many currently describe any change of government here, (with good reason) because there is no real choice to make. If you are forced to vote at gunpoint there should be an option 'none of these' for that very reason, otherwise with a "choose between the ones on the list" you have no real choice. Is that the case in Oz?
Russell should really be encouraging us to spoil our ballot papers as a true and meaningful protest. keeping away just makes the powers that be feel secure that no-one really cares. That was true, but things have changed now.

    • @SuzLa1
      @SuzLa1 9 ปีที่แล้ว

Yes, not voting only helps evil people who want everybody to vote. How many times have you seen people whinging on their facebook pages about not being able to afford to eat since the bedroom tax, and being suicidal because of having sickness benefits taken away, but not feeling they can do any more than that as the Tories and their Lib Dem lackeys are in power and don't care about those people.

    And the alternative is labour......
    1. they start taxing at £6,500........ compared to the coalition's £9.,500..if they represented the working man why tax low-paid workers so harshly forcing them onto benefits as they are better off on them?????)
    2. they didn't regulate the banks in 13 years. (Blair now a banker worth upwards of 60 MILLION- and he started the new labour movement…..) Google "Peter Mandelson on yacht with Nat Rothschild" "Google Brown at Bilderberg" etc.
    3. more tax has been paid by top earners EVERY year under the coalition than ANY under labour.
    4. They want to increase debt BY £3,200 per person
    5. spend 11.6% more than they take in tax.
    6. they destroyed our economy. Labour presided over the slowest growth in 50 years, they produced the fastest decline in British manufacturing since manufacturing began, they left us mired in the longest recession since the war, they bequeathed maybe the largest deficit in peacetime history, and they handed over a debt so huge we will still be repaying it when the earth is swallowed by an expanding sun, a cosmological termination which might therefore come as some relief.
    7. they want to continue to send 57million a day to the EU
    8. they want higher immigration (last time allowed the biggest mass immigration into the United Kingdom in our nation’s history: three million people, possibly more than entered these island in the preceding 1,000 years combined.)
    9. they have destroyed the NHS in Wales (where they are currently in power, why wouldn't they do it here too?????- the coalition have ring-fenced our NHS budget so they CAN'T cut it, but labour will.) Our last labour government blew £250,000,000 on private surgery because their NHS was so bad1,200 died in Mid-Staffordshire Hospital alone, that’s more than died in Mid-Staffordshire during the Black Death.
along with their gagging orders on whistle blowers within the NHS
    10. they raid the pensions.
    11. Iraq+Afghanistan.
12.They sold off 400 tons of UK gold reserves and invested the money elsewhere (including in euros, compare the change in the value of gold to the change in the value of the euro in recent years if you have some free time).
    13. run by the unions
    14. They bloated the welfare budget.
    15. They didn't keep up with house building when demand rocketed, allowing house prices to triple
    16. They failed to build a lot of necessary infrastructure such as power stations.
    17. they didn't invest in infrastructure (despite borrowing 1 trillion and taking 13 years of tax) Well, yes: they built the Millennium Dome. It’s easy to forget the Millennium Dome, because, after all, who would want to remember it, but this thing burned up 800 million pounds, was maybe the greatest marketing flop in recorded time, and it turned out to be a great big dirty tent where queueing families could pay £60, just to look at uplifting representations of litter.
    18. They continually increased fuel duty, harming motorists.
    19. They signed the Lisbon treaty, giving vast amounts of power to the EU and going against their own manifesto in with they specifically said they would give the people a referendum.
    20. Allowing rich people to buy peerages.
    21. Started HS2
    22. And the icing on the cake, they left us with the largest budget deficit in the G20 relative to GDP.
23.They lumbered the NHS with vast PFI repayments which are coming out of Foundation trusts and straight into the pockets of the private sector. £50 Billion's worth of loans which are costing us £300 Billion in repayments-genius!…….
    24. Housing waiting lists DOUBLED under Labour
    25. Europe. labour’s biggest achievement in Europe was to give away half our precious rebate, won by Thatcher, at a cost to you and me of £9 billion so far - and in return they got precisely nothing, unless you count a chortling, after-dinner promise from Jacques Chirac, that he’d make Tony Blair President of the EU, which he didn’t. A small mercy.
    26. Education. ensuring English youngsters are amongst the worst educated in the western world, and closing the grammar schools preventing the poor from achieving.
    27. giving everyones personal information to america
28.google "labour MP wants muslim prime minister"
    29. they can't even run their party finances ( lost 2 million recently in banking)
    30. The party is almost identical to the previous labour government who got us in to this mess (ed balls).
    31. Google "labour25"
    32. Medi Hassan wrote Miliband's biography is a militant muslim who described westerners as animals (a video you can find on here)
As for the Labour Party right now, they've opposed every cut that aims to tackle the deficit their party created and are not offering a plan of what they would do differently. Apart from keeping all the cuts (which they are opposed to)

I hope that we do actually do something, maybe from too high of population we cannot be like we was. Such as the Essex rebellion that helped working people with freedom of work.
These current government parties do not work, voting does nothing, we need representatives from different places from all backgrounds to understand the problem
to get rid of corruption, greed, and unfair customer consumerism.

    • @strictlyunreal
      @strictlyunreal 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Atlas Shrugged Yeah I know it's very hard to work in an industry that specializes in selling a virtual resource(money). Are you f... serious? They don't produce anything that you can actually use ffs they should be paid nothing. Farmers produce food, you can eat food. Factory workers build cars or anything, you can drive cars or talk on the phone. Those are actual products. Wtf can you do with money? Can you eat money? Money=NOTHING. The entire banking sector should be dissolved and money abandoned. Just imagine a world without money. No more bankers, no more sellers, all being moved in other sectors that actually produce something and reduce the working day of the people that build stuff that you can actually use. I'm amazed how many jobs are now in UNREAL sectors like banking, selling, sports betting or gambling, all revolving around money(virtual value) and less jobs revolving around productive sectors(real value). But oh, I forgot, machines make most of the thing that we use. Can we enjoy these inventions? NO, we must come up with new jobs so we can never enjoy life. Most of the people I know work in sales or related so I wonder "if everybody sells stuff, who produces the stuff?" When you will understand that money is nothing you will stop making stupid comments like the one you just did.

Good Morning to The Trews Ep. 10! :-) I enjoyed laughing about all of "News" of SOciety-- dispelling the demons... and then nicely getting to dessert! :-) By dessert, I mean the part I truly can't wait for-- and crave for-- and that is, the Spiritual, delicious part-- the part that reminds me of my commitment to Happiness, despite the sort of Odd things that happen in life-- and the sometimes, not-so-happy things, as well… Ultimately, Our Commitment to Bringing a Greater Truth and LOVE to the Planet, wins, and so, it is all Good, in the End… and so, really,-- we can be at Peace, in Our Hearts-- there is Hope, after-all!! :-) Thank you, for THIS!! :-) Truly, We Definitely Require A good Dose of Joy, Hope, and Commitment to Happiness-- for Any Path to be successful,-- but especially This One!! O:-) LOVE U! Thanks for the Rays of Light!! :-D Xx

Hi there, I get all this happiness stuff to a point, but what will it do for those in other countries or those here who struggle needlessly while the system is so corrupt? Fine, we don't need to let the news bother us but how will that actually change anything?
I hope you don't mind me asking you! You seem like a kind soul !

You have to balance that against hopelessness. it is one thing to concern yourself less with drama but it's easy to let that make you actually 'not care', which is not healthy at all. It's what 'They' do to be CEO's and Banksters and whatnot; genuinly not care.

Russell - not an important question, I know, but any chance you could post in HD? 360p is not spectacular resolution. You deserve better.

Don't ever stop the trews please Russell :) not until the newspapers become a humorous collectible to remind us how blind we were to believe this mundane, fear mongering dribble was real news...

How many holier-than-thou messages can be rammed down our throats in 10 mins? Shall we all count together?
This is like one very big "aren't I clever" selfie; a look at the news the 'stupid' public buys into. No medium is safe from Russell Brand's opinion. Which is, of course, the right one - the right opinion.
    On EVERYTHING.
I'm so glad we now have the appropriate opinions to share with the world.
I don't know what I'd do without this man.

Russell's comments re David Cameron and his daughter could so easily be applied to the rabbott, Prime Moron of Australia - cuts cuts cuts to the ordinary Australian, hatred towards immigrants, but when it comes to the crunch ! he's just a lovable ol' dad!

The unconditional happiness tests in that book are all trivial. I think I could handle someone wearing the same dress as me or my car being dented! What about when illness, death of a loved one, violence, heartbreak, injustice, etc happen? What can we do to keep a vow to maintain unconditional happiness?
    Thanks! I love The Trews!
