Sir, disposal of property by natural guardian is voidablr at the instance of minor. But in the case Chandramaty v Thankappan, it is said it will be void ab initio.

54: 04 sec 10 deals with minor 's properties where it is said that no minor can act as guardian for another minor while Section 21 of THE GUARDIAN AND WARDS ACT 1890 deals
: Capacity of minors to act as guardians - A minor is incompetent to act as guardian of any minor except his own wife or child or, where he is the managing member of an undivided Hindu family, the wife or child of another minor member of that family.
