The concept of age of puberty which you told I.e. regarding when can girlnot repudiate that is old concept...new concept says under dissolution of Muslim marriage act, 1939 that even if father or grandfather has not acted fraudulently or negligently but still after attaining the age of puberty and before 18 yrs girl can repudiate it
