I think It's a dialogue between Liam and Noel, you can hear both of their voices, but Noel's sounds in the background cause he's shouting far from Liam's mic (remember Noel didn't have a mic for him at that point yet). Having in mind they were likely drunk or high they were most likely arguing about the guitar...
