I used to write so many poems a day 5 years ago, now i don't ever write poetry anymore. I've been writing a film script. As a writer, over the years I've noticed my relationship with words shift into many different forms. The art will change as the artist changes. I used to beat myself over not taking my passions seriously but in life, we all go through seasons. Being productive is way mroe important than being successful
I love this! I also look at many things around me that I call a “priority” and see if they are a distraction. Sometimes our blocks come from putting importance on things that aren’t, which sometimes could be us running from our projects (not saying you are). Sometimes you gotta lock yourself in a room and just work.
