VisitSarasota.org: Birding at Myakka River State Park

Sarasota County has some of the best birding hotspots in Florida. As a rest stop for migratory birds with bountiful lands such as the Celery Fields and Myakka State Park, there's always something new to be seen through the binocular lens.

What a wonderful video. I'm so sad to hear of Owen's passing though. I wish I could have met and birded with him. If I visit Myakka State Park and the Celery Fields on my next trip to Florida, I'll make sure to stop by Owen's Grove.
