I found the interview experience lacking due to frequent interruptions by the interviewer. It seemed like the interviewer could have been more prepared and maintained a more professional demeanor throughout the interview. I believe that allowing the interviewee to express their thoughts fully would have greatly improved the overall quality of the conversation.
