Ghee 250gms-500gms (Used 1kg/1kg of Suji in Marriages)
Green Cardamom 6
Sugar 750gms
Water 2ltrs
Sesame Seeds 2tbs
Coconut Slices 1cup
Orange Food Color
Melon Seeds 1/4cup
Khoya 1cup or 250gms
Pistachio
Almonds
Cashews

I made this halwa reducing the ghee and sugar a bit as it was going to be fed to older people. It turned out awesome, delicious, so tasty that I ate quite a bit of it. Thanks, the God bless you always.

The Suji halwa was loved by the old & young alike, And requesting me to make it again. It's wonderful. Pls tone down on the sugar and ghee. Believe me it still tastes nice and is also healthier.

@@shahidaakram9949 My point was food colours do not add any value to the food except making it eye-pleasing.
Though this particular recipe is made for wedding ceremony food, I personally would not prefer to add metanil yellow or something like that. Colour could be compromised if the food is delicious, could not be?
