No Ana. I saw a classical dancer started exactly with your age. She could be to go to Russia but family and all these odds she said no for helself. Of course it is an intensive effort and outside companies which put age restrictions.perfectionism is deadly. Only perfect ..

Dear maestro, so many thanks for the professional classes! The muscles mentioned in minute 3:33 are called the "eighty adapters"? TH-cam doesn't give me good subtitles!
Do I have to tight my buttocks in any moment, or just hold them relaxed...?
