On NPR, they had a discussion about how neighbors don't mind tennis courts but when you put in pickle ball courts, the noise makes them want to ban them. The difference between strings and a paddle.
I agree with the idea of renting when you first move to The Villages. It's easier for a renter to leave if you decide the Villages isn't for you. Instead of having to sell a house, you simply don't renew the lease.
I tried pickle ball because one of my golfing friend wanted to I played tennis for 12 years do to a lot of knee injuries I can to stop playing, I told him I was worried about my knees and just my 4th time playing I pulled my ligament in my left knee. I do think tennis is a better game. Thanks you guys great video.

Lots of villages south of 44 are in the Wildwood city limits and pay Wildwood real property taxes. The millage rate is 13.2 per $100 of valuation.
