Yessir! I think as off now, the A team are locked in and steering Gallantmon in a good direction, they just need to keep consistent with it which makes me slightly worried on how Gallantmon X is gonna work as they were phasing the old support out. Do kinda like the idea of being able to use Proto form to give Gallant some recovery to stay in the game longer but deck space is already tight as is. Overall the deck is fun to play, the new support is very welcomed.
Thank you king! Loved making this video, would’ve dropped it soon but had to do some extra testing to make sure the ratios were spot on. Honestly the day I see Gallant in T1 tier vid imma cry lol
Me too man, there’s a lot of decks I’m running that really could do with them LM cards. Waiting for the announcement of it being delayed lol, classic Bandai!
I only pulled a single Crimson ACE from my two boxes, but it's amazing how similar my new build was to yours after making some uodatea. I definitely need to get a couple more singles to round it out, but I'm excited to keep the Tamers decks going, especially with BT19 on the way!
Quality nice. Would you believe out of 2 boxes only got one Rare BT17 Gallantmon? Legit had had to source them for ppl as my ratios were ass lol. Yeah the new support in BT19 is solid and follows the gameplan that the deck is trying to achieve. Think that’s been its issue, there’s not been consistent support to one primary strategy.
Something that I want to try is the EX02 Megidramon into a rush Guilmon and BT17/EX02 Takato (depending on board) to get extra swings. Granted your Megidramon has to be deleted on attack.
Funny you mention about Megidramon as it was my first iteration but felt it came up in niche situations unless you fully commit to it. Though getting to play a Takato and Guilmon from hand or trash if deleted is hella nice.
I think Gaia Force could be the play over Crimson Blaze. Somewhat redundant, but option removal is pretty nice as a bomb. Playing against Mirage reminds me of that fact.
Yo, quick question. In all my playtests, I'm finding it really hard to actually get much mileage out of the BT13 Gallant. Ended up cutting it down to 1 bc anytime I end up with it, I either wish I had a different Gallant for stacking; OR his deletion effects are too high/low for the problem piece I need to remove. Everyone else I see plays it as a definite 2-3 of, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something? Or if the decks I'm testing against just always seem to dodge it. Bit of a pricey card to just be holding onto without playing it.
Yo King, so straight off definitely don’t need 3 of BT13 Gallantmon, 1-2 is perfectly fine and he’s more your anti lv7 ace card which helped massively at my locals Tuesday gone which I placed 4th with this list. Usually if I have to evo into him to threaten Crimson ACE plays is using him with BT17 Takato EOT to get him out cheaper. Which is worst case scenario. Do get what you mean though with his deletion thresholds but I think he’ll be alway a stable in gallant builds but only ran at 1-2
@DigiDread Thanks for the answer, that checks out yeah. So more based on your encounters and personal preference then, I'll def keep him as the 1 of then🫡
The crimson savior should say,"when an oponent digimon is deleted by an effect digivolve one of your digimom into a galantmon card withour paying the cost"
@@DigiDread Yup, combined with the play a Guil or tamer, it was worth the 3 cost to play. Unfortunately after we got the correct translation, it’s just awful, it’s on a very thin line of being a 1-of.
Man I need some of that “him” energy. I think the core pieces , non drip, is fairly cheap. Think the main stays are gonna be SEC Gallant which is the expensive piece. The rest is gonna lean on EX2, BT17 and BT18/19 cards.
Sorry bud you are sleeping on a very extreme play with bt12 takato, i mean if you truly are a gallant player than you will wanna hear this, i cannot disclose the actual play in public.
I mean if it’s triggering it’s effect to stack sources under Takato but not evoing into Gallantmon from Guilmon but evoing up the line to build a stronger dp deletion based stack then I can think of another extreme play that is make…
We are SEATED. Can't wait to hear your breakdown on the deck, I'm a believer.

Absolutely loved the video, glad too see gallantmon getting some love, we are the biggest dreamers

Looking forward to see how this deck changes come December with the bt19 cards and Megidramon ace.

@@DigiDread Yep. All I want for Christmas is a present delay lol.
Although, between you and me, I’m stocking up on those dual colour memory boosts.

Oh when it happens it’s pure gas! 🔥🔥🔥

You know what, yeah I can see a Gaia Force in the deck if the format leans back towards Mirage meta.

No problem king, yeah I think if your local meta doesn’t need him at 2, 1 will be clutch 💪🏾. Let me know how you get on chief!

Honestly, print it! You can tell when the A team went on lunch break and B team thought they were being helpful and shipped this lol.
When they first translated it, it was MILES better, it used to read, “when your opponent digivolves into a level 5 or higher”.
Bro this card would’ve been sick! Like a psuedo ace play based on evolving.

@@DigiDread not so much for dp deletion boost, but memory focused. The right double stack can lead to 7 memory or so
