Looks great there. Ck, can you please describe flavours more in your videos as we want to note your recommendations. Keep up the good work we love your content x
there are many other attractions and eating places to eat in Perlis. one of them is the Gunung Medan viewpoint in Utan Aji where most people hike up to the top to see the beautiful sunset on the coast line. secondly is the Kuala Perlis coastal barrage very close to the Thai border which is built as part of the flood mitigation canal project from the Timah Tasoh dam. here, a new crab monument has been built as well as the northernmost coastal point. third is the new Russian mosque along the Kuala Perlis highway to Arau and Changlun as a result of the Russian-style domes. most interestingly, you can visit the vineyards along the road to Bukit Ayer where other exotic fruits like the gacs and figs are grown. there is another famous fruit orchard called Superfruit Valley at the former Chuping sugarcane plantation. do explore the scenic Timah Tasoh and Melati lakes as well. if you like nature so much, you can enjoy viewing the green paddy fields with limestone hills in the background. in terms of eating, you can try out the famous Hannah Cookies outlet as well as Anjung Keli in Kuala Perlis. you can come back to my home state in April and May to try out the famous sweet and fragrant harum manis mangoes. in terms of seafood, do try it out at the famous Hai Thien restaurant in Kuala Perlis.
I'm from KL but lucky to have a wife from Perlis. I miss driving back to Perlis and Malaysia food so much, looking forward to flying back to Malaysia in 2 weeks!
Nice editing work CK! I really appreciated the text overlays and chapter markers. You make the drone footage and the triple screens at 15:56 look easy. You make it clear that every state has its delicious food that we will enjoy no matter where we go.
Malaysia food are endless! I was surprised myself when I started this journey from Muar onwards... every town has invented their own recipe, I am still very speechless, gone is the ignorant Penang boi always sticking 2 his Char Koay Teow... LOL
Yes Perlis is one town I wanna visit. Such a cute place with old town chic vibes. I will wait till raining season is over. Thanks for the video as usual very interesting & love it!
Oh well realised I had left an earlier comment but that's because I re-watched your videos when I needed that uplift in my mood. Thanks for spreading the joy in simple things without burning a hole.
Thank you CK for covering Alor Star and Perlis. I was born and educated in Alor Star and had my 1st job in Perlis.Used to travel to Bukit Kayu Hitam to buy cheap stuff. Now living oversea I really miss the life and food there
Thanks for the video! My favourite one day trip state. I only know of Khuan Bee pao, and areas nearby are Gua Kelam and Wang Keliang viewpoint. Now that you have introduced me other food, I can visit more areas in Perlis 😁
You r welcome CK! I had fun making this episode, rained everyday except for one. That one sunny day I ran across Perlis crazy flying my drone! Imagine! All was worth it as you can see.
Thanks for covering Perlis. Was never on my list of places to visit but your suggestions at the end on how to get there helps put it on my bucket list. So what is favorite Laksa and where?
Thank you for this episode! I enjoyed it. By the way, the music you put here are really nice. Isn't one of them a Spanish song? Can you share the title of that song?
Sadly I know little of Malaysia history. Having traveled there numerous times throughout the years I should have a better understanding of the history and culture. Hoping for my grand return sometime in 2023. I get hungry every time I watch your channel.
Wanna ask... Any perlis's speacialties food there? The only special food i heard is mee udang utara from perlis... And all chinese food are common around malaysia...
Thanks for covering my hometown, CK. Nice video.
🙏🏻🙏🏻 thanks for watching hope it does justice to your hometown 💛💙
