Hi, I have watched a lot of vlogs through the years, and I have never commented on anyone of them. The way you present is so down to earth, real and heart warming. I have studied n worked overseas and believe me, you are the real deal. Keep vloging, you are cool and so is your vlog. Thanks very much👍😁
Hi High School boys, from Convent Ahma 😅I love BM, it used to be my playground too. I agree with what you said, its quite sad many travellers & tourist just know Penang only the Island. well, maybe its a good thing too, all the famous touristic place on the island leaving the massive mainland for industrial & quiet, peaceful living place for local.
Hey hey! Thanks for watching! BM secret is now slowly being reveal thanks for many locals' handwork and perseverance, I am so proud to have been a part of this town's history.
Food is simple and delicious. Certainly worth visiting BM which we normally do not consider while heading for Penang island. Interesting cafe too. Tks for introducing such gems.
@@CKology Can you imagine eating a plate of ckt with side dishes of squid and clams heated up, 5 star treatment with open air ambience. What luxury with minimal cost. I need to try this out.
Enjoyed this video so much, CK! Wai and I will spend three nights in Batu Ferringhi during our trip to Malaysia in November. We would not have known about the Penang on the mainland if you hadn’t posted this video. We want to make it to the dim sum place - they all looked like great food stops. Again, thanks for posting!
CK, I must commend you on doing a lot of homework on BM history. Great work! BTW, the Black Cat White Cat saying was made famous by Deng Xiao Ping. Happy producing more great video!
@@CKology I also from BM High School, same age as you, now staying in BM also : this is my second video of yours, first was Nibong Tebal.. I was surprised you missed the main town Assam Laksa, High Road. The laksa was fantastic. HaHa.. our bests kept secret.
@@ezer8233 OK. i will have to put BM on my bucket list. ....never thought BM would be on my bucket list but next time i am back in M'sia, i will try to make it a stop. White Wanton Mee just sound too weird to not try it at least once.
We watch your videos at night with our puppies in the room and the constant bell sound effect is driving them completely insane and really annoys the hack out of us😣…other than that great job awesome videos👍🏽🙏🏽
It’s getting sad that the quality of Penang’s island food has deteriorated even with the price increases!! Yikes!!! The future is in the mainland!! All the hype on the island!!
@@CKology Thank you. Bypassing BM many times, but stopping by only once and that was in 1969. Judging by your many video descriptions, sounds like I have missed a lot street food wise. Must make a special trip back there just to sample the many street food dishes, especially the Rojak and Koey Teow dishes.
Heard that the dua sua ka cafe staff very rude…I go google search for their rating n juat 2.8 only…most of the review also saying that the staff are rude…
