No compression! Time for a powerhead replacement!! Suzuki Df 250

Guy started having a issue with vibration thought it was a bad prop but found out it was dead on a cylinder tried different things coil injector plugs all led to a compression test found a cylinder with 25 lbs of compression found the the problem!!! So here is us changing out and putting a new drop on powerhead from Suzuki marine!

If no compression
In all cylinders it won’t srart

It was only 1 cylinder that didn’t have compression test were low but had enough to run they actually ran boat on both motors for a month waiting on the powerhead to come in would run decent in high rpm’s but at idle with low compression it wouldn’t run on the number three cylinder
