For those of you that question it this was about more than their performance and if it was worth the golden buzzer. This was about them. Imagine how many of their spirits were lifted and awaken by the words that Terry Crews spoke...they see this big tough guy become vulnerable, they see this man of strength show emotion and they hear this movie star tell them that he once was "them" and because of the belief of one person they can become "him"....some of you may never get it but let me tell you its beautiful!

These students used to have bad home situations and I can't believe where they are right now! It is absolutely insane, and all of this is thanks to Mr Anthony White for helping them! And the best thing that AGT did was to hire Terry Crews, someone who can actually relate to all of this and the one who pressed the golden buzzer!
Light the spark in our youth and give them hope that they can accomplish whatever they want to in life. Thankyou Mr Crews for igniting the spark in all of these children’s lives. Knowing someone believes in you is all it takes! Much love, light and power to Mr Crews and everyone else around the world.

I was from Lansing, Michigan, and I did a lot of business and a fair amount of charity work in Detroit. I wish I had heard of this group back then. Such an outstanding example of what that city has to offer if we give them a chance.

Terry Crews is from Flint Michigan and these kids are from Detroit Michigan like I am. Two different cities but also so alike. The 2 cities definitely can relate on a lot and Terry saw that. He also appreciated they're talent!

To think we live together, closer to harmony than we have ever been-knowing we have miles to go-that there was a day when these kiddos would have never had such an amazing opportunity. I’m in awe of their presence and feel grateful that people of color are coming into their fullness here in America. There is still hate and ignorance left in dark corners, but moment like this light up the truth of our human equality, and a sense of brotherhood that is inherent when fear gets pushed aside.
