was in 8th grade with Freak on a leash came out. What a great time to be in highschool for music. So grateful. Can't wait for my kids to listen to dad's "Oldies'.
I was not prepared for this video suggestion. Bringing me right back to my youth. This was even my first KoRn song back in the day. Gotta love you for that, thnx !!
In his prime, an absolute beast....it is a shame what he's become nowadays though. Looks like he's been doing roids. Look up "Jerry was a racecar driver" and he does a cover of it. He definitely doesn't look like he used to. Still got the skills though!
@@whoohaaXL I know exactly what you're saying and I completely agree that he has gone to shit.... I'm now 44 so I went to a lot of korn concerts back in the day and he was an amazing drummer, especially live.
@@66sticks, jesus christ. He's not underrated. He's rated perfectly as being very average. Korn songs are not hard to play. God you people talk absolute shit just for the sake of doing so.
GO!!! lol Man the breakdown in this song is so badass! Whole song is really. Great cover. This is so nostalgic for me. I feel like an old man lol I'm 36 now. I can remember it like it was yesterday, I was 12, and this song was literally my true introduction to metal. Korn's Follow The Leader album was my very first metal album and the beginning of my journey as a metalhead. Used to be so addicted to this band and many others. Korn, Limp Bizkit, Coal Chamber, Orgy, Chevelle, Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Sevendust...then later Tool and A Perfect Circle among others....but those bands defined my teenage years and some of those bands are still some of my favorites still to this day. Keep rockin' 🤘
I am 32, and all of my best friends in the neighborhood were 3-4 years older than me. This song was also my first intro to metal. The early 2000's were amazing for metal music, downloading songs from Napster, KaZaA, Limewire, etc. and burning CD's and trading them.
IF I ever got invited to see you play with KORN or anyone else, you'd definitely be the main part of the show! I could (and will) watch you for hours!!!! BRAVO, maddame! BRA. VO!!!!!
Да, Дэйвид Сильвериа был в своем жанре гений. Перкуссионный барабанщик. На 04:16 можно еще было карданом "подкинуть" триольки одновременно с малым, для зубодробильного эффекта
Damn! Thank you for keeping me motivated on my path to become a drummer. I am seriously trying to emulate your smooth, yet ass kicking style. Everything you play just looks like the most fun anyone can have with their clothes on. Well done, Kriss. Rock on!!!
Excellent execution as usual and I love this particular kit. I would just hold back on the obligatory mid-to-late 90's breakdown as they did on the recording because David Silveria did that in order to let the percussive elements of Fieldy's bass playing shine. KoRn used added percussive elements without a percussionist much like Rage Against the Machine (with Tom Morello's guitar) in order to facilitate a more rap rock feel even though Jonathan Davis never rapped in Korn, which is what made them nu-metal instead of rap rock in my mind. I was in middle school when this song came out and it was high on my listening list.
You are great Kris! I'm interested to see how you get along with odd time ... like a Tool song (Forty Six & 2 ) I bet its gonna be super hard for you, but I think you can make it
I love how Kristina plays drumms, its certainly one of the best drummers out there now. But i have to say this, no one can reach the Silveria attack and tone.

hi crush😘😚😋😜
25 years later and i still head bang to this song. Early days Korn is absolutely amazing. Timeless even.
FACTS
it hasn't been 25 years has it? ....shit
WORD
Yeah, I enjoyed blasting got the life when I got my cars!
I know what you mean! I remember seeing them in concert back 01, and that was a head banging concert...

Her song choices are always on point! And the cover itself too!
Jesus, the coordination that had to take. Makes me wonder how long it took to learn this song. That was truly amazing, Kristina
it's a great cover don't get me wrong, but it's really not that difficult, she covered waaaaaay more complex songs
Not only was it on point but you do a great job capturing the spirit of Korn's drummer. Excellent ❤
One of my all time favorite tracks! I still remember blasting this at home and getting in trouble bc of how late it got with the album on repeat
I was not prepared for this video suggestion. Bringing me right back to my youth. This was even my first KoRn song back in the day. Gotta love you for that, thnx !!
David Silveria is one of the most underrated drummers in the world. Korn songs are very hard to play, and you nailed it like usual. 💯🤘

This is one of the calmest drumming videos to be seen. I really did enjoy it.
All these songs available as drumless tracks. What a great time to be a drummer learning. What I wouldn't have given to have this as a kid.
USA rides with you. F from where we are from. Music unites us all.
O love this song! Korn is so good 🤘
This song is a masterpiece! And this cover is on point! Great job!
GO! 4:06 🔥
You got all of David’s accents down. Even his unique pedal work. Great job! Loved it!

The energy you have to play the drums is amazing 💯
Embrace the dark. You’re awesome Kris. Very nice.
Wow you made just the right change to give this song that extra oomph without ruining the vibe of the original, absolutely savage cover!
I come here to get suggestions for my playlists and she never disappoints.. that taste in music 😘👌🏼
Finally been waiting for korn covers
4:07 drop is one of the best!
People putting time and dedication to achieve master levels like this should inspire anyone. Respect.
I was just learning to bounce the stick when I stopped. Gotta let the stick to do the work is the biggest lesson I learned it will bounce on it's own.
Кристина, привет! Смотрю далеко не первое твоё видео и всегда до конца. Ты большая молодец! Успехов во всём!!!

Perfect. They never sounded the same with David gone. This one is for the ages.
Not sure whats a more intensive workout, this song or Beat Saber.

I know zero about music, how do you mean “attack” and “tone “?
ooo girl, more KORN.
This was exceptionally good
😳 ....I'm probably gonna get blasted, but this is legitimately the best drum playing for this track. And I mean Silveria, Luzier, or Jordison!
Every time I watch you play you impress me, keep it up girl with lots of love ❤️
GO!!! Sick as. Cool chick. Master drumming, as per usual.
Protesr the Hero!! Good drummitn and great cover Kristina!! Brings me back to my youth!
