All of these ranks have the corresponding passive, and Karenina Scire starts doing very good damage at SS3, so you have to pull her 3 times, or 2 times + buy shards from Phantom Pain Cage
Sadly I used mine a while ago on XXI feral to complete my lightning team, I'm gonna be so real unless you really like cw she is probably your lowest priority I'd say go for sire if you already have all the type 2 dps, if not get any of the missing part 2 dps apart from Lee hyperreal

Do you mean the step-up banner like? yeah usually they have but its not worth usually they only put old characters that we barely will use like Gen 1. so even its cheaper for value it's not great

We will get a gacha with selector up to Selena Capriccio on the patch after Luna (on cn) (but on global, probably will be on the next patch if kuro put together 3 patches like they said). You can get her there, then use her shards from PPC and Recitativo de Fantasia to SSS her! Selena is a very good unit, but im biased so i cant say much 😅
Let me tell you something she going be replaced by Lilith in next year and Lilith at SS3 is better than Selena SSS and Lilith also free with her signature weapon so you don't have to worry about her weapon either
As i said in video kinda not since lilith is coming so if you fine with short term like less than 6 months then sure but if you are looking for long term don't just wait for lilith

It's PGR not WW, its not as generous as WW as a free 2 play I got 3 copies of camellya, and zhezhi 2 copies and 2 yinlin copies, if only I was that lucky with jiyan
Lol that's call luck and that's a very biased judgment to decide whether its generous or not. if i can get lamia 5 in 10 pull and 5 alpha CW in 10 pull that mean PGR is more generous than Wuwa. That excuse basically can apply to any game even which super biased
PGR is actualy way more generous, WW people got tricked to think the devs are generous with all the gift and all but its actualy average WITH the gift, without the gift all you get inside the game is actualy very small. PGR is generous because you can get a lots of stuff easily in the game and try characters, but yes some character require more investement and at that moment that can start toi be anying, but its not realy mandatory for like 99% of the game, there is only a few modes that require heavy instement

It depends on who u are, I can use CW at Ss and she's fine. From ss3 to SSS is more damage
