@@smoothst9303 in my opinion the 1st one was good, the 2nd one was perfect, Mystery Begins was ok, and Curse Of The Lake Monster was the worst Scooby Doo movie I've ever seen
@Shin Shaman Yeah, that famous reggae singer who named himself "Shaggy", a character from the Scooby-Doo franchise has a real birth name, and it's Orville Richard Burrell.
I know this movie isn't perfect, but it really isn't as bad as people say. You can definitely tell everyone put full effort into this, and James Gunn's script at times is great. I love the scene with Scrappy especially (even though there are some out of character moments). Great soundtrack, great script, and great actors that were cast perfectly for their roles. There are some problems. Sometimes the jokes are a little childish (the fart jokes), but luckily there isn't too many in this movie. You can definitely tell they knew this movie was a little silly too. The scene where Fred tells Shaggy that their area of specialty is weirdos in Halloween costumes was especially funny. This movie gets a 4/5 from me. Their are some great scenes in this movie, and they got the perfect actors for these roles. I find that people tend to focus too much on the negatives of this movie and that's probably why they dislike it so much. As for me I can look past those and see the effort put into this movie, which is truly great fun.
Yeah I agree is it a great movie ... no but it’s more or less a faithful interpretation of the source material also it’s just so early 2000’s if that makes sense like the guilty pleasure childhood movies we all grew up with ... ahh good times
I had this damn CD when I was little and that damn "Scooby Doobie doo doo doo doo.. Tell me where are you?" verse still pops in my head to this day fml
this was my fave song when i was like...4. my sister had the soundtrack to this movie on a CD and one of those walkman disc players. we found it in the attic one day and my mom gave both of them to me, and id just listen to this song on repeat on long car rides. dont even remember the rest of the soundtrack. just liked this song.
The song that played in the animated intro that sadly was cut from the final film. Sure it would have extended the movie by a minute or two but who cares it would of been worth seeing the animated intro in the final movie before it turned to live action when the scene set on the outside of the factory
I can imagine this song's music video...it would coincide for Scooby 's 50th birthday... It would have all Scooby Doo cartoon generations. The first shot would be Scooby have to came out of TV set (either with a live action/animated sort of way or with a black background) Not only have the Mystery Inc gang encounter their counterparts and their monsters...it would have Scooby 's live action cast (if possible) and it would have Matthew Lillard,Frank Welker,Freddie Prinze Jr,and among others, especially recognized celebrities, etc. The video depicts the gang looking for Shaggy who somehow went missing. They eventually found him....and his counterparts, too! eating and devouring a bunch of food sitting beside the iconic van. Hope it will be made.
Anyone who bashes this movie shall be attack by a flock of now adults who don’t want their childhoods ruined, this movie is till great, and this is still a banger
