Hotel Room Design Is Dumb

So, is the best way to travel as a family by going with VRBO or Air B&B? Because I don't think hotels are. The design of the rooms just doesn't work with kids. I give credit to Springhill Suites for trying, but it still just doesn't quite work. I know, I know, not everyone is traveling with kids. But then, why have 4 beds? I think the same actually goes for multiple adults in the room as well. Let me know what you think down below.
