Great video Micah, awesome playing, massive fan. Not that you’d want them but my thoughts from the video are that I thought you played really well. Honestly thought you’ve improved so much over the last 6 months in this video. Some days the putts just don’t go in but I do think that wedges from inside 100yds looked like the area you lost the most strokes. Big love as always ❤️

Great video, Tig! I know you're more of a traditionalist, but I think that if you tried a mallet putter, your strokes gained putting would skyrocket! Never know until you try, right? Love the videos whether you win or not, keep up the grind, I'm here for every video! 🫡⛳️

I can see the improvement Tig, but you need to harness that power with driver into hitting fairways. Dial it back with the speed, whatever, but it is a glaring loss of strokes gained.

As an old man who can’t hit it far off the tee, if I were you I’d be pounding that ball off every single tee that I could. I know you want to win but just have fun, determine your yardages and just step up and hit it. You seriously have to stop thinking all the time. Love the videos!

Some solid golf here. A lot of strokes left on the greens and a ton of burnt edges. Not putting badly but could definitely be dialed in to get a few more of those to fall, which adds up over 36 holes. Have you thought about a putter lesson - and I’d love it to be a video so that we can all take the tips on it because I need it more than anyone.

Better course management. Give yourself clear looks and the birdies will come. 7 was a tough lip-out, but you could have had front 9 of those.

Take away complex thoughts about success and the things that tie into success (golf related) …the pride that some of us have with being a great golfer and the want to be a great feeds into our ego. The ego needs power to thrive and if we don’t complete our task or shoot a good score.. the ego fails and we feel worthless. So if we make golf somewhat meaningless & simply for the fact that we love getting the chance to hit a little ball 60-70 times a round (for us good golfers pushing high lvls) we will then take away potential anxiety from “losing”
It just makes getting better more simple because we are even keel with our thoughts and actions WE ARE SET ON WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE WANT
Side note: Strong self belief is also a plus! That comes from the work and ded you put in

Micah, a lot of people see the same. Your mind is too occupied with perfection and results. That's blocking your game. I too, like you love the game and it's with me everyday. I'm injured right now and can't play and we'll see when it gets better. But for you, Tig, you need to just focus on having fun when you play in tournaments but still focus on each and every shot. Don't think results just on the shot that you're going to execute. So, I tell you this: I'm pretty accurate on line with my putter but as soon as I start to think too much about everything like grip, set up, taking it back correctly, things never go well. But when I just set up correctly and think of a natural and relaxed stroke, then I hit it well. So, be "natural". You know how to hit golf shots but a lot of your faults are created by your mind. Don't try to be too perfect...... You're a nice guy but only prove things for yourself. The outside world means absolutely nothing. Tiger Woods is a real good example of this..... Good luck, Tig and never give up. I'm your brother in arms there because golf is 100% in my heart.

If you go back to when Micah just played golf. When he was swinging the m2 every tee box. He was free. He didn't care. No pressure from the fans, no care what he shot. He played better golf. You need to find that again Micah. You hit it further then Rory and you have proven that. It's there you just need to find it again.

You must have not been watching him that long. Dude has so much more talent than people give him credit for. He needs to get a perfect putter and just go around greens and put it where he thinks the ball will go and what it actually does. His chipping also needs some work also. Chipping is the easiest part of golf so can’t be losing strokes there.

Water between the ball and club face reduces friction, hence less ball spin. That's why pros keep their wedges (and clubs) clean and dry, to get max amount of spin. Only Bryson tinkers with wet balls to know how rain will impact his spin rates 😉

I wish someone would be honest with Tig and tell him he is a TH-camr,not a professional golferl... He's a great guy that hits it miles but that's all he is and that is enough! He's playing the Palmer course where the tourists and snowbirds play it literally! I am a golf professional who has played that course from the Tips probably 50 times.. He was playing Par 3's FIFTY YARDS shorter than where the pros play!! Number five on the Palmer is almost 240 yds and in this so-called Pro tournament Tig is playing up where he's hitting it at 180 something. He was hitting 5 irons off of tee shots and having wedges to the greens. Go to your local Muni and play The White tees and that's what they're doing here and he's shooting 76!! On the same day aprofessional golfer is shooting 62 because it's what we call a popcorn golf course with no trouble, wide open and short!.. Grant Horvat beats him every time they play and Grant is five shots a round worse than tour pros... Think of it, 20 shots behind in a 4 day event.. TIG was 14 shots behind a guy who can't get on the tour in ONE round . And amazingly TIG is a good putter inside of 5 ft where most people aren't very good!. He made tons of short putts that others would miss or he would have shot in the 80s.. Tig should stick with TH-cam fun games playing with your brother or whatever cuz this is sad to watch.. it's fun watching him play with other TH-camrs or do scrambles etc where you can't really tell that they're not great golfers.. Fun to watch him bomb a driver!!!.. I'm a big fan of his power and his personality and the content, if he just gets away from this ridiculous, "I am playing in a pro golf tournament BS".. So you understand YOU CAN, no matter what your handicap is,go play on the minor league, what he calls 'Pro tournament"!.. it's just put together by people trying to make money and as long as you pay the entry fee a 90 shooter is welcome..They don't care who you are or what you shoot! There is no qualifying, there is no minimum handicap to play in these quote Pro tournaments!!!.😅 Lol..Please stop!!!

In this video you see the blues and whites on the same t-box.. that isn't how the course sets up.. and if you're hitting 5 irons off the T and wedges int o par fours and think that they're playing a championship course at the true yardage you're sadly mistaken my friend...

I have followed you since the early GG days. I respect your game and you. However, If you want to be a pro, act the part. Be neat, tuck your shirt in. Take your hat off when you finish and show the same respect to your competitors that they did for you. Be prepared, don’t clean your clubs on the sod, use a towel. Learn to use ALL of the 14 clubs in your bag. Learn to hit your driver, you have Rory distance but don’t use it, what a waste. Learn to hit flop shots when you need to. Spend 75% of your practice time on putting and short game. Do the uncomfortable until it is a strength. Learn to hit half shots, control your distances. Eliminate your weaknesses to get better. Stop talking about what your game is doing to your head. Think positive.

Tig, I'm your biggest supporter, it's so painful to watch you crush a great drive, 97 yards left, and you can't get on the green. Believe me, I'm not hating, it's so painful. It's like it does not matter how great your tee shot is (could be 350+) but then your short iron fails you. Or let's say you take your 2 iron and in great position, your second shot fail you. Let's say you put together 2 perfect shots off the tee, then your putter fails you. But I noticed something in your putting. I know in your mind that you want to miss it on the high side, but your speed is WAY better when you miss it on the low side. When you miss it on the high side you either blow it pass the break and leave yourself a ridiculous long comeback or you leave your put wicked short. sighs... I wish I can caddy for you; you have all the talent and work ethic to go under par ezz. I noticed you played super well in team competition and match play, but when it comes to stroke play you falter. PLEASE PLEASE FOR 6 months play stroke play and get into the mindset that every shot counts: put match play on the burner for 6 months: match play destroys stroke play those are facts. When I hear a person saying consistently hitting off the fairway and saying sit sit sit or go go go, that tells me you have inconsistent contact with your irons. I know it sounds like I am dog shieting your game, I am not and wish you win all your stroke play rounds. Lastly, on a brighter note, your short game is great. Get rid of that 2 iron Tig, it's one of the HARDEST hitting club in the world and replace it with and equally distance forgiving hybrid. Unless you can say that you hit 100% of the fairway with that 2 iron then keep it. When you are using a 2 iron you are obviously clubbing down from your driver, but when you can't find the fairways it just puts you in a bad mindset. If you are going to layup from the tee why not layup with a 4 iron or less since those clubs are easier to hit than a 2 iron. 2 IRons are so 1960'' and 1970's, there are easier club to hit than this outdated club. best wishes bruh. Trust in your clubs of the distance it delivers because you HAVE already put the work in, no more " sit sit sit, or go go go". When the clug does not deliver the distant, it is just poor contact.

With all the advice you are getting in the comments form all these proffessionals there is no excuse for not winning every tournament you play in. From your club selection off the tee, to how to play from 100 yards in or less, and which putter to use, you have no more excuses. I mean you cant lose with all this great advice from all of the proffessionals watching you on youtube. HA!!!!! Micha don;t ever let negative commnets, or all of this free advice bother you. The number one goal of a youtube channel is to attract viewers. You do that. Play golf, have fun, and continue living the dream. Keep on keeping on brother.

It could be my own preference and other people might love it; however, when you finish a round and you show the scores, could you not have that scene with the music playing? It's a bit much doing that 18, or 36 times a video lol. Put it on the side, corner, w/e. Gracias! Love the tournament vids sir.

These rounds were deceptively close to being super low rounds. I bet if you played around with some different putters you could find one that just drops.

Ready to see him play some more forgiving clubs. Mallet, and at least p770s like Grant. He would play better making the game more enjoyable. Not always playing through adversity as much.

I want to see you pitch that stupid putter grip. I think standard Tiger ping grip would do wonders for your feel.

Don’t swing wedges with full swings. Don’t bring club back to parallel. And slow the wedge swing down

You should consider getting away from that blade putter. In your previous videos you putted way better with a mallet putter

The Catch 22 of trying to go pro as a content creator is do you put the camera away to 100% focus on it or do you just make content playing mediocre up and down golf? Micah is very talented, he hits some amazing shots (his 2nd shot on #1, day 2, for example) but the consistency isn't there. Golf is hard enough as is so adding camera work only adds to it imo. Maybe less talking to a camera may help his scores but then there's no content to show off... Like I said, Catch 22.
Either way, I enjoy watching him play... the Baniff series was awesome.

Points out that the hit it 348 yds. And then makes a bogey from air mailing the green. Makes no difference how far you drive if you dont have a short game. You dont have shit
