Actually, Wolvie's bone claws were'nt reconed into the comics later, but were kinda hinted at in the Weapon X storyline in Marvel Comics Presents. I do recall a panel in which the scientists administering the adamantium into Logan's body were wondering why extra adamantium was collecting into his forearms. The obvious answer is that the metal was enclosing the bone claws.
chad place They were always hinting into more and more secrets behind Logan and his claws. It wasn't revealed until the story with Stephen Lang that Logan's claws weren't only part of his costume but actually inside his lands. And then it wasn't "revealed" properly that he had bone claws until after his adamantium was removed. But you are right that Wynsdor-Smith wrote the original Weapon X story with a lot of unanswered questions (and did so on purpose).

Someone here payed attention! It was never retconned it was just an ongoing reveal on Wolverine’s life. Everything was little by little handed to us in the comics followed usually by “ya never asked” lol.

This is going to be the WEIRDEST question, but the thing I've never understood is the Hulk's pants. It seems that no matter what color pants Bruce is wearing the pants on the Hulk are always purple. In some storylines the Hulk is shown to be wearing those pants even when in Banner's mind. Regardless of how large the Hulk gets, he still keeps those pants, and FINALLY, the pants seem to be almost as invulnerable as the Hulk himself. They go through gun shots, fires, explosions and yet, they remain intact!
Well what would you prefer to look at...indestructible purple pants or a raging hulk boner?...colour thing I say is just because people got so use to green hulk/purple pants

simply censor ship, they can't have the hulk running around with his junk hanging out or a little shred of cloth for bottoms

One thing I always wondered about was "when" did Weapon X fuse Wolverine to the adamantium? Was it a few months before his original fight with Hulk? Or a few years?

Deadpool was an unsuccessful attempt in the Weapon X program... he like in the Deadpool movie after finding out he was dyeing of cancer Volunteered to join the program to see if injecting with super serums can give none mutants mutant powers. But the experimentation is such a panful and brutal project that he quickly regrets the decision to join it and most of the people that they subject to the program die, and Deadpool is left severely physically and mentally scarred... the guards at the program had a betting pool to to bet on who they thought would die next, and Wade was top of the deadpool (to die in) he is eventually left in a hospis where they leave all the failed test subjects to die and he mercy kills one of the other patients which angers the heads of the weapon X programs and he decided to execute Wade, but in true comic fashion his mutant powers finally decide to activate and he gets the healing abilities and fights his way out of the base (some stories say it is because they actually injected him with a serium that they made from Some of wolverines DNA from when he was still in the program,.. hence his constant hatred of Wolverine, he blames him for his torture ) . He then after escaping rather becoming a super hero or villain decides to go back to his old job of being a mercenary. (other stories say he was actually brainwashed for a while after and was part of task force X before finally managing to break free and fight his way out)
You forgot one major detail: Wolverine is not a mutant. He is an android, that's why he has claws.

Azmodeus87 For Weapon Plus the purpose is actually for Sublime to wipe out mutants and make sure humans are dominant on Earth so he'll never run out of hosts since mutants are immune to his infection and therefore be immortal, as for Weapon X specifically it evolved from Weapon Plus into the Canadian governments attempt at a Super Soldier program since basically every country in the world wanted their own spin on Captain America at some point.
The Captain America Program is a good idea, it was the less perfect government that was the issue in past failings. I stand by it.

What about Romulus? Didn't he say that he was was responsible creating the Weapon X program? I know that he was messing around with him when he said that Wolverine had the choice to join the procedure voluntarily, but was he messing around from the start?
The wolverine origins movie isn't horrendous. And X 23 isn't technically a clone.
Where does omega red come into play in all of this is he a weapon project or something totally different?
I dont know too much on him, but I think he's the russian answer to Weapon X, but I do know he isnt in the Weapon Plus series.

I really liked the Forever Evil vids you made. Very interested in Batman and anything Batman related stuff. I have never seen anything like the Batman villains before. oh yes, the recent movies arent bad, but the movies are good. I actually plan to go through the recent Batman runs all the way to the latest releases so you'll get plenty of Batman very soon

i have a question. who "commands" the weapon x projects? considering who is first u would think USA but dead pool was sent to the program via canada. so im confused as to who they are making these "weapons" for.

I can't tell you as I haven't personally read any comics. I have only watched the cartoons and movies. I do however love Logan as a Canadian but am biased to that as I am a Canadian that was nearly named Logan.

what if deadpoll is weapon 11( hold on till I explain myself). I have never read the comics but here is a question. How did deadpoll got his healing factor if he was lets say before wolverine? So he has to be later(or what do I know, comics seem confusing), and since weapon 11 is the one we know least of, why not put it there. And I'm not saying this because I have seen Wolverine origins(what's the name of the film) because I haven't seen it. So, am I even close?

Weapon X was headed by Department H, NOT K! If you're gonna go on youtube and sound like you're an expert, get your facts straight. It's on the back of Wolverine's card in the Jim Lee X-Men cards series!
It was department H and K. I remember reading they were both involved in the weapon X/plus program. Why they changed from one to the other, I don't know. Writers don't stick to continuity as we all know. No need to blast the guy for doing us all a good service. He doesn't write the stories, he just narrates the plot line to us.
