Paneurhythmy is a gift from the Celestial Realms to prepare us for this this time of Ascension. A prayer in motion where energy is consciously exchanged between heaven, earth and dancers. Paneurhythmy assists in all levels of our being promoting expansion in consciousness, improved co-ordination, concentration, balance, harmony, a strengthening of the nervous system and joy.
