Now I believe that even the real animators can't animate it that well as some fans did, literally just by seeing I can see the power of Garou blows copying Saitama at 3:37 and garou killing genos at 3:30 you feel that you were almost there and the insane amount of effort and quality put to this animation unlike in the series Garou copying him and it's like just normal punches but this was....super...as if I was there, my screen shook!

You do not kill someone for being bad, he's there for you to learn what people might turn into be. its not your job to judge them. being a hero like saitama, its enough to show some evil people it's not the way.

Some advice for people with bad past out there.
It's not the past that dictates who you are, its not the people.
It is you who chooses who you wanted to be, but in the end no matter how evil you can be.
Some good people you will do bad into, will just save you from yourself.
And the scene about garou (cosmic one) copying saitama's face and strength.
I for me, Its just you vs you. but sometimes, you gotta be strong against yourself. when evil resides within you... this anime, that i loved so much, isn't always about a bald man one punching anyone. but a man whose dedicated, sacrificed and trained himself to become the absolute hero he wanted to be, that even the villains he can save. Thats the real Saitama, he knows when to fight and when to end it.
