Especially keeping in mind that Jotaro could have rewritten reality any way he wanted- and the only thing that he seems to have changed was allowing good people to survive the situations in which they originally died- not just his own friends, but presumably the friends and allies of everyone he met on his journey. It shows that not only did Jotaro want a happy ending for himself and the people he was close with, but all of the Joestar family and their loved ones (even those from another universe).

For me i think this should be part 10 we still need a 9th jojo to complete the steel ball run trilogy just like the Dio and the mask trilogy and the arrow trilogy (dio:phantom blood,battle tendency,stardust crusaders) (arrow:DIU,VA,SO) and part 10 should be the conclusion of part 6 cuz i get the feeling that part 9 will probably take plave in the SBR universe

Jotaro should have died, but he suddenly gets Star Platinum to become a long-range Stand to kill the captain's Stand. SP is a short range Stand, not a damn sniper. That's not counting him suddenly knowing how to time stop when it took DIO months to master it. And DIO was a vampire, so he would do it quicker than any human could. I'm glad that Jotaro passed the "main JoJo" torch to Josuke and Giorno in Part 4 and 5. At least Crazy Diamond and Gold Experience (pre-Requiem) tried to be balanced for at least 2 episodes. Josuke and Giorno actually have personalities, too, which is also a plus. They also don't age backwards.

Yes, because sending the man that wants to keep his past secret by any means necessary into an infinite loop of death is 100% part of the theme. Totally isn't a copout to what could've made Diavolo an interesting antagonist.
I like to think that is just star platinum's true ability, no matter what happens SP will do somthing stupid like draw really well, stretch his fingers, or mix a cocktail and win.
@@liammccbyrne4184 I think that SP was just a backup in case Araki wrote himself into a corner. Just look at the fight with the fake captain underwater. Jotaro should have died, but he suddenly gets Star Platinum to become a long-range Stand to kill the captain's Stand. SP is a short range Stand, not a damn sniper. That's not counting him suddenly knowing how to time stop when it took DIO months to master it. And DIO was a vampire, so he would do it quicker than any human could.
I'm glad that Jotaro passed the "main JoJo" torch to Josuke and Giorno in Part 4 and 5. At least Crazy Diamond and Gold Experience (pre-Requiem) tried to be balanced for at least 2 episodes.
Josuke and Giorno actually have personalities, too, which is also a plus. They also don't age backwards.
