  • A 16-year-old male with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA) and pulmonary stenosis presents an interesting case 🌟. Despite the structural anomalies, he remains asymptomatic, which is remarkable 💪 and it is due to pulmonary stenosis which not only limits pulmonary flow but also maintains size of ‘LV’ and causing septum to shift towards ‘RV’ the systemic ventricle reducing regurgitation. 💙. In this patient, no symptoms are evident, suggesting a mild form of stenosis or effective compensatory mechanisms 🩺. Regular monitoring and check-ups are essential to ensure his heart continues to function well without intervention 🔍.
