Hi MJJC’s team, I’m one’s of million fans of your Pro V2.0 foam cannon. Just started using it over a year ago and still love it till today. But, as the V3.0 has been released (never try it till today), it seem got an improvement over Pro V2.0. That is TRANSPARENT bottle. It makes sense that user can see clearly their solution, if somehow got forgotten what chemical is inside the bottle with an clear view of the solvent based on actuall color. Pro V2.0 for me however got an best standing position beside the V3.0 but lack of clear view inside the bottle. My request is could you optioned an transparent bottle exclusively for Pro V2.0? Is there a rubber gasket ring between the top of the bottle and the black cap, creating a seal? Mine started not making thick foam and I replaced the mesh filter, cleaned the ball and tube and still runny foam. I don't see a gasket between the top of the bottle and cap but can't remember if there ever was one. When I screw the bottle on it's just plastic against plastic when it's tightened up. Is that right? I feel like it's not an air tight seal without a rubber gasket. I swear I've seen one in videos. It's thin and white-ish, almost clear. Can anybody look at theirs and verify?
Hi, if the weighted ball is cleaned and not clogged, and you have replaced the mesh filter, still no good foam. Please take out the mesh filters and put them back one by one and use a pen to press the mesh filters to make sure they are placed properly and evenly. Please do not over press the mesh filters.
My foam cannon has stopped producing thick foam. When i used the adjuster knob and turn it all the way clockwise, it pushes out runny soapy water. When i twist it anti-clockwise a bit, then it starts producing foam again but not very thick. I have performed all steps to clean the steel ball, the mesh was replaced. Did everything but it still doesnt work.
I'm having the same issue. Does yours have a rubber gasket between the bottle and cap when twisted together? Mine doesn't and I swear there was one when I bought it. I think it may have fallen out at some point. Now it's just plastic on plastic when screwed together and now air can get in diminishing the foaming action. I've done all the steps like you with no real improvement. Maybe it's something else but until someone can verify if there is a rubber gasket between cap and bottle that's all I can think it could be.
@@girldad_outnumbered Yes, there is supposed to be a rubber gasket between the bottle and cap. However, the foam cannon would still work fine without the gasket if you don't turn it upside down.

I think you need to replace the mesh filter with a new one. The mesh filter is mostly clogged with chemical residuals, it cannot be cleaned out.
