The relationship between Bree and Andrew had the most beautiful development out of everyone on the show, including all the romantic ones. Their scenes were always my favorite.
Andrew was the absolute worst in the beginning. He was so evil to the point it was unrealistic. But at the start of the third season, he really became a good person.

Andrew ended up being one of my favorite characters for sure his growth is just amazing. And I agree with those who say that him & Bree had so many difficulties because they’re so much alike.
I was kind of acting/thinking like him when I was a teenager. (Except that I’m from a humble family so I wasn’t financially spoiled.) I think this happens especially to sensitive children who pick up how their parents are not emotionally available and they are not really interested in who they are. Because of the emotional neglect they got, they lack empathy for other people too. Parents tend to blame the children for not being a good person, but they are actually mirroring their parents. Andrew forgave Bree which is great. I still haven’t forgiven my parents and I’m in my mid 30s😂 This character development is real, I like it🎉
Andrew definitely had his faults and failures, but after he moved back in from Bree abandoning him, he made some serious changes. When watching the series and seeing Danielle moved out, I knew Andrew was not far behind. All Andrew wanted was Bree's validation. Unfortunately, in some ways, she failed. Yes, you can point out that Andrew screwed up, just as Bree did, but at the same time, you have to own the improvements he made to his life.

I did, there's like 3 episodes I missed out or couldn't find at the time - I made this when Windows Movie Maker was cutting edge! Should probably redo it at some point...
His couple arc is dynamic. Lots of gays I know - were like that. It is a reflection of real world. Kudos for Desperate Housewives team. There are no other show as such
