- No matter if it's from food or some liquid, we all get it at least once, the Delhi belly. I was only a couple of weeks in my India trip when I got it. Funny thing (not for me though) is that it happened whilst riding on the highway. I started to feel very nauseous but didn't make much of it. Then 1 hour later I had to emergency pulled over and started to puke my guts out. ride again, stop again, until I started to run out of energy... That is when I needed a place to stay, and then I came across Naresh...💙

There is good possibility you might had heat stroke. Temperature is soaring now a days. Keep yourself dehydrated.

Actually no, grapes are not a good idea when you have been puking - remember “BRAT”bananas, rice, apples, toast. That’s what you need to be eating.
Special mention for the dude from the hotel who helped, good souls will always find other good souls when in need.
My suggestion: Make videos with Indian TH-camrs (bikers). There are a lot of them and in this way, your channel will also get promoted very much

There are places in India that are hidden, undiscovered, and unexplored even by us. So Indian TH-camrs will help you to come across these places. This time summers are too hot in our country, keep electrolyte solution or ORS with you. you will get this from medical stores

This is the harshest summer in quite some time. The heat wave is pretty strong. Would suggest you to keep some electrolyte solutions handy to save yourself from dehydration. ORS solutions or electracal powder pour in some water and drink.
I will recommend you to go to Shimla or Manali after travelling and touring Chandigarh completely.
Also, if you decide to go to Manali, you can go to Ladakh. I am sure you will really enjoy it.
Avoid travelling during day time, stay hydrated, cover your head and face.
Just starterd watching your videos, I like them because you are not like most of the other foreign travel vloggers.They show the negative side of our country, they travel only to areas like slums and cheap market places and show poor India.

In India, if you have food, please do not eat the chunks of spices along with curry or rice, which is putting for aroma & taste. If you are eager then you can try little and learn the taste and feel after the meal. Over spice trigger the digestion problems. Also do not eat food from shops which are not popular.

These things happen i will advise you to eat in a good resturant and if you want to try street food choose Good Stalls where they use Gloves and all that or you can also ask the Locals as they generally know that where you can find good and amazing street food
